As per 2011 census, India has about 8.15% (68 millions) graduates and thousands are getting their graduation degree every year. Despite being third largest nation in the world for higher education, India lacks for producing enough leaders, and thousands of graduates are still struggling to land into a decent job. India is lacking in the process of making leaders, and the reason behind that is poorly build structure of its education system.
At Jaipuria Institute of Management, Mr. Mayur Ramgir conducted the leadership and innovation workshop to build future leaders and innovators. He trained students to think out of the box, and to propose innovative ideas and generate leads in this competitive world. Many young learners participated in the workshop to show their interests in learning new programs and to build leadership quality.
The workshop was followed by Mr. Mayur Ramgir’s vision and determination to make India at the top in the list of world’s foremost developed countries, his goal is to provide young learners the opportunity to learn and grow altogether.
