Join the Evolve Like a Butterfly Leadership workshop to get comprehensive and relevant guidance for your leadership skills development. This workshop let’s understand the process of social influence and lead a group of individuals, organisations, teams, etc. We will be working on your leadership style, approach, communication skills, analytical skills, and critical thinking. It’s time to self-master and self-leadership in order to gain credibility and effectiveness in leading others. There are three levels of this workshop to make the learning experience most relevant and effective.

Workshop Levels

To make the learning experience more relevant, I have created different levels each suitable for individuals with different leadership experiences

Early Stage (Larva Level)

The Larva level is suitable for beginners who have no prior leadership experience but are willing to become leaders. This workshop can prove to be the perfect platform to incubate such individuals. They can expect to start their leadership journey with my mentorship and support.

Pupa Level

Mid Stage (Pupa Level)

The Pupa level is suitable for individuals with prior experience in leadership and management desiring to improve their leadership style and approach to move to the next level of their career. The workshop can help them to simulate leadership scenarios and overcome challenges.

Butterfly Level

Senior Stage (Butterfly Level)

The Butterfly level is suitable for C-level executives and top managers who want to polish their leadership skills further and become mentors or industry experts. The workshop can provide them with the perfect idea of what to expect in the near future and prepare to guide a large number of people.

    What Is Leadership?

    To various people, leadership means different things. A definition is generally influenced by the perspective, beliefs, ideals, and personalities of individuals who define it. Most commonly leadership is the ability to adapt the setting so every individual feels empowered to contribute creativity in order to achieve common visions, goals, and objectives of the team, organization, or job. It is about presenting a positive example for the team or the individuals to follow by being enthusiastic about the job, being motivated to learn new things, and assisting with help whenever needed in various individual or team activities.

    What Makes A Decent Leader?
    Motivation is crucial to the achievement of an organization. A leader guarantees colleagues’ energy is high to excel the job to their absolute best. A well-organized leader motivates group members by building trust and confidence in them, which would help them adopt a positive approach/strategy to the job and the organization.
    The leader should know how to communicate in various ways (including listening to people, working with their correspondence, and understanding their concerns and perspectives) to guide and counsel them. It additionally includes the perspectives and expression of approach, knowledge, experiences, and expected outcomes. Communication is one of the fundamental skills for leadership.

    Types Of Leadership Styles

    This workshop on leadership will help you explore the following leadership styles;

    Transformational Leadership

    It is an initiative style that requires the leader to move workers and propel them towards accomplishing their aggregate objective. The leader often epitomizes their vision and has faith in it so strongly that they can enable others to do the same.

    Autocratic Leadership

    Autocratic leaders force strategies and procedures, set and characterize results. This is essentially a boss that has full control of their group and makes all of the choices with little input from any other person.

    Participative Leadership

    Also known as democratic leadership, participative leadership permits everybody in the group to get involved and work together to make important decisions. While everybody’s feedback is energized, the leader will have the last say in the dynamic cycle.

    Transactional Leadership

    It uses a model of remunerations and disciplines to motivate employees. Clear objectives are set toward the beginning of a venture, with everybody informed on the award, assuming those objectives are met and the result if they are not.

    Servant Leadership

    Servant leadership puts the value of the group in front of the individual. The leader is somebody who can shed individual plans and whose fundamental objective is for their group(and the organization) to flourish.
    Servant leaders do all that they can to serve their group and guarantee that everybody is glad and satisfied.
